Views from Tsugaike Kogen

Painted on my trip to Japan in February. For a number of these I actually popped off my skis and sat down in the snow by the ski slope in order to paint. The dry-brushing here? Not dry-brushing at all - my brush actually froze as I painted!

I'm really loving the texture of the paper here. Some awesome Arches pad paper given to me by John for my birthday.
